The Force Driving Our Future

Hailing from a conventional business family in Kolkata, my journey has been shaped by transformative experiences at St. Xavier’s Kolkata, my undergraduate studies in Delhi, and ultimately my MBA at Cornell University. These educational foundations, combined with extensive travels across India and globally, equipped me with a diverse perspective and the entrepreneurial mindset that drives me today. After briefly working in a traditional corporate role post-MBA, I recognized that my aspirations extended beyond the confines of a 9-to-5 job. This realization led me to found Heights Inc. in 2018, implementing our unique 5-stage training methodology that has become our business’s USP. Under my leadership, Heights Inc. has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to include two additional strategic business units across different states through the dedication of our hardworking team. Looking toward the future, we have set an ambitious vision to establish twenty strategic business units within the next five years, positioning us for eventual global expansion. My transition from a traditional business background to becoming an entrepreneurial force demonstrates my commitment to innovation and excellence.
